Good agreements make good friends! The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions.

Placing a reservation or order with Reposo means that you agree with these conditions.

1.0 General The products and services offered on our site are described in good faith. The customer cannot derive any rights from this. Reposo cannot be held liable for accidents or incorrect use of the products and infrastructure.

2.0 Payments We accept payments in cash on the spot (on arrival) or in advance via bank transfer. With a transfer your bank details will not be transferred via the internet, but we will send you a confirmation by e-mail after payment of a gift voucher or reservation.

When booking or at check-in, the credit card details are requested as a guarantee for the costs of the stay, costs of consumption during the stay and costs of any damage caused. In the event of non-payment, we have the right to debit the credit card with the amounts due.

3.0 Prices All prices mentioned on our site include VAT. The prices listed are per person. The possible prices that are delivered through other channels such as email, telephone or the bill on the spot are never binding. In the event of any discussion, only the prices stated on https://www.reposo.be/ are valid. Reposo can therefore never be held liable for, for example, incorrect prices received by email or telephone. PP = price per person. Our experiences are unique and to share with your loved one (s).

4.0 Opening hours Reposo is open during the opening hours stated in the reception.
Check-in for a stay in the cottages is possible until 7 pm or at a later time with prior arrangement.
The reception is open from 10 a.m. in the morning. We also work by appointment. This way we can guarantee you perfect peace and privacy. Reposo always has the right to refuse a reservation request, even if there are places available.

The arrival time is always agreed in advance and is binding so that we can always guarantee the best quality. If the customer arrives more than 15 minutes later than the agreed hour, Reposo has the right to cancel the reservation and to charge the full amount for the reservation made.

5.0 Reservations How to reserve? Reservations are only accepted with Name, e-mail, telephone number, reservation, arrival date and time, and the number of people. The locations of Reposo are private residences where no reservations are accepted or information is provided. This is only possible via internet, email or telephone. With a reservation or order you agree to our terms and conditions & house rules. Reservations are accepted via e-mail or telephone, and are only accepted if they are confirmed by Reposo by means of an order confirmation via e-mail. Please confirm your reservation with a reservation guarantee of at least 50% of the price of the booking for a reservation without overnight stay or a minimum of 150 euros / night. You can come and pay or transfer this cash, stating the date that you specified when booking, at number 385-0586793-06. Your reservation is only final after receiving the guarantee. When making a reservation, we will always charge the number of people you specified when booking. The remaining amount will be transferred to the 385-0586793-06 or paid in cash at the latest 1 week before your relaxation experience. Reposo reserves the right to refuse reservations and to allocate an equivalent or more expensive room / experience according to availability without extra cost and notification.

6.0 Gift vouchers How do we work for the super fast Reposo treat voucher? 1) Immediately make your customized voucher via our site or email / call if lightning comes to us with your wishes. Via our site you will receive the voucher within a few minutes. Via email or by telephone within 24 hours (subject to exceptions). 2) You will receive an e-mail back with the gift voucher attached and asking you to transfer the amount to our account number. 3) You only have to pay, print the attachment and pack it nicely. You can also ask us to pack it up and send it. Or you can easily come and collect it after a phone call. 4) As soon as we receive your payment, we will activate your gift voucher in our file and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. 6) You give the gift voucher and the lucky person makes an appointment with us. 7) Reposo is responsible for the complete further handling and care. Order the receipt. The customer has placed a formal and binding order as soon as the receipt has been created. This commitment applies to every channel: voucher by e-mail, voucher via internet sites, etc. Each voucher is assigned a unique code. From this moment on the general cancellation conditions apply.
